The Warrior Group Unveiled
The latest chapter concluded with a major cliffhanger and presented the initial group of adventurers who will split off from the primary party to embark on their independent quest, distinct from the additional parties.
The combat-focused team features Teor (brought to life by the voice actor), the agile character (the talented performer), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), the cleric (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).
Why Split the Party?
Considering 13 cast members, it was evident from the beginning that keeping everyone at one table would be unworkable.
This explains, the initial installments of the new season serve as an Introduction, connecting the characters’ stories before branching into three separate parties: Soldiers, Schemers, and Seekers.
What Defines the Warrior Group
Per the Dungeon Master, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who are drawn to a classically intense battle-oriented narrative style where non-violent answers are few and far between.
At first glance, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander might seem unsuited, but the developments of the latest installment demonstrate why these specific adventurers are ideally matched for the combat party.
Why They Must Go
First, the group understands precisely where to head next after a violent first encounter with the enemy group.
An old friend of Thjazi—whose demise initiated the story’s plot—used The Crow Keepers for his selfish purposes, breaking into the hidden lair, attacking Thimble, and stealing all the enchanted items to auction.
The antagonist then settled his liabilities and ran away to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Cyd close behind.

Moreover, each character has a personal reason to leave the city the urban setting:
- The rogue, as the companion and closest confidant, seeks vengeance.
- The knowledgeable figure has experience in the region and cautions that it is a dangerous location.
- Tyranny and The cleric, having defied his family’s wishes to eliminate the target and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
- However, their reputation as key figures in House Halovar could assist the team enter locations they usually can’t.
- Moreover, The fighter vowed a life debt to The savior for his salvation and will now follow him anywhere.
Wanted and Hunted
Finally, all of them are hunted by the powers that govern the city for a multiple motives, making remaining behind dangerous:
- The rogue and Kattigan are known criminals.
- The strong figure and Wicander defied the powerful family and the legion of demons they are aligned with.
- The target is marked for death by the family.
This leaves them few options but to journey toward the remote area in pursuit of Casimir.
